At Ever Pretty AU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your dress isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
